Whether you are a Maintenance Manager or a Maintenance Technician, you are a critical member of our team. You are responsible for keeping our buildings in the top-notch condition our residents have come to expect. We pride ourselves in clean and organized maintenance shops and also providing specialized training to our associates. A typical day could include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, learning how to fix a boiler or air conditioner, plus common area and exterior maintenance repairs. You may also be coordinating turns, supervising projects or dealing with vendor management. These are full-time, steady positions with regular hours and great benefits. Plus, this will offer you multiple opportunities for career advancement.
